Week 25: June 2022 Week 4, The Week Ahead Horoscope
Today is the week of benefics! Read to see how they're activated.
Introduction
Welcome back to the Week Ahead Forecast everyone! I’ve been on a hiatus for the past few weeks because I’ve been having a HELL of a Jupiter transit. The Greater Benefic has been visiting my 11th house, and indeed, traveling, friends, community, and support has been abundant since then. I traveled back home to New York from June 8th to June 14th (appropriate for the Full Moon in Sagittarius), and I had friends of mine fly in to Florida to visit me before I left in the first week of June. With all of this said, I’ve been trying to enjoy different parts of my life while I also have some REALLY challenging issues plaguing me with finances, medical bills, etc. In juggling all of this, I’ve had to suspend putting out weekly forecasts but I am very excited to return back and deliver the weekly horoscope for everyone.

Monday, June 20th
[3:44 AM ET] Mercury in Gemini sextile Jupiter at 06º24’ Aries
[3:21 PM ET] The Moon conjoins Neptune at 25º25’ Pisces
[7:10 PM ET] The Moon in Pisces sextile Venus at 27º33’ Taurus
[11:10 PM ET] FINAL QUARTER: The Moon in Pisces square the Sun at 29º45’ Gemini
{11:37 PM ET} INGRESS: The Moon enters Aries
Hermes, the messenger, has beautiful news to deliver to us when it sextiles Jupiter this morning. Today is actually a really beautiful day too because the Moon will also sextile Venus. Both of the benefic planets being activated today. You may have recalled Mercury and Jupiter sextiled each other twice already (April 27th and May 19th), and finally today, Mercury will make its final sextile to Jupiter. Both of these planets in sextile each other can be positive and represent a resolution to the negotiations Jupiter and Mercury have both had with each other over the past 3 months. This can be a great time for learning more knowledge, getting support and praise from a teacher/mentor figure, or something like getting an acceptance letter. The Moon conjoins Neptune was well too, which can make things seem a little confusing and blurry, but afterwards the Moon will sextile Venus, seeking comfort, leisure, laughter, and love. Before the Moon leaves Pisces tonight, it will make a square to the Sun at 29º Gemini, which can show challenges that arise from last minute change in plans (since the Sun and Moon are both in mutable signs). The Moon is currently loosing light in this square, which represents a loss of autonomy, loss of faith, or hopefulness. Pisces and Gemini show a contrast between facts and ideals, since both signs have an intimate relationship with Mercury, Gemini because it is where Mercury is strong and at home where it is able to discern and pick apart details and nuance, but Pisces is where Mercury is Exiled and Depressed, the most challenged in this sign, and has a hard time distinguishing details from each other. The Luminaries squaring off brings conflict in perception, perspective, and understanding. This moment causes the Moon to retreat further, moving towards becoming a crescent. The Moon then enters Aries which inspires us to take action and to DO something.
Tuesday, June 21st
[4:23 AM ET] Venus in Taurus trine Pluto at 28º00’ Capricorn
{5:13 AM ET} INGRESS: The Sun enters Cancer
[11:36 AM ET] The Moon conjoins Jupiter at 06º33’ Aries
[2:34 PM ET] The Moon in Aries sextile Mercury at 08º09’ Gemini
On Tuesday, after a fresh ingress of the Moon into Pisces, the Sun also changes signs today too and enters Cancer. Whenever the Sun enters Cancer, it is the summer solstice where the length of the days is the longest it possible can be in the Northern Hemisphere. Both the Sun and Moon will now be in Cardinal signs that seek to turn up the HEAT! Heat is the theme for today in multiple ways. Aries and Cancer are the two signs where heat increases in the year, Aries is a Fire Sign, The Moon will conjoin the Hot and Wet planet, Jupiter, and Summer officially begins. Today can also be a great day as well, and it carries over some of the energy from the Mercury/Jupiter sextile over into today since the Moon will aspect both of these planets today. Every time the Moon conjoins Jupiter, it’s always a highlight, and I think thats the thing Jupiter does as a planet. It shows the highlights where Saturn shows the lowlights. Jupiter gives us faith, courage, inspiration, and fearlessness to do something independently, assert yourself, ask for help, and faith in yourself. Aries is a self centered sign, but thats the same with Leo too, since the Sun has influence over these signs. It is about learning to direct and concentrate attention. The Moon and Jupiter bring attention to friendship, groups, networking, community, and collective identity. The Moon will also make a beautiful sextile to Mercury which will speed up conversations and bring a desire to get right to the point. There is a lot of forward and direct motion coming in on Tuesday, which is more than expected from Mars’ Day!
Wednesday, June 22nd
[2:58 PM ET] The Moon conjoins Mars at 21º08’ Aries
{8:34 PM ET} INGRESS: Venus enters Gemini
[10:18 PM ET] The Moon in Aries sextile Saturn Rx at 24º59’ Aquarius
From Tuesday night moving into Wednesday morning and evening ET, the Moon will begin to apply to a conjunction with Mars. Typically this can result in injury, physical harm, conflict, violence, or manifest as getting sick, illness, overheating, and fevers. The Moon represents the physical body and when it is in a conjunction (which is the two bodies of the planets meeting), it heats up the body. Whether we’re working a lot and have to apply energy, effort, and sweat (Martian). Mars brings more motivation to get the blood pumping. On this day, the Heavenly, Illustrious, LAUGHTER LOVING, QUEEN Aphrodite enters the sign of the Twins (Gemini). Venus looses dignity by leaving her home sign of Taurus, and while planets in their home sign are stronger and consistent in their ability to bring about the things they represent. However, Venus has had a hell of a rough time in Taurus, since Venus was with the North Node, Uranus, Mercury Retrograde, and an overcoming square from Saturn. Its screaming resource instability, scarcity, and poverty. These are the unfortunate things that are highlighted with a square from Saturn. Venus now enters Gemini, ruled by Mercury, where Venus seeks to bring more cohesiveness and softness in communication, social situations, and conversations. Venus in Gemini is a social butterfly in Gemini, and Venus doesn’t have as much stress in Gemini as it did in Taurus, Mercury is very dignified, fast in motion, but won’t be conjoining Venus— Mercury’s actually running away from Venus. Venus brings curiosity and playfulness to our conversations, flirtation, and word play. Venus in Gemini wants to play games, and maybe this is why Mercury is running. Mercury doesn’t have time for games right now. This can be reflected in the dynamic of some situations going on in the house Gemini rules in your chart. Venus will soften the vibe and bring more laughter. The Moon sextiles Saturn at the end of the day, allows us to come to a comfortable pause.
Thursday, June 23rd
[4:02 AM ET] The Moon in Aries square Pluto Rx at 27º58’ Capricorn
{7:57 AM ET} INGRESS: The Moon enters Taurus
[12:11 PM ET] The Moon in Taurus sextile the Sun at 02º11’ Cancer
On Thursday, the Moon enters Taurus, in the sign of her exaltation and it brings the desire for us to rest and relax after a very stressful transit of Venus through Taurus. The Moon revisits this sign with more clarity and understand than last time since the Eclipses, Venus, and Mercury Retrograde have moved on from this sign. The Moon in Taurus will also make a sextile to the Sun, who has recently ingresses into the Moon’s sign, which can look like going deep into what makes you feel comfortable and recognizing what takes away from this comfort, especially since, earlier in the morning, the Moon exited Aries from a square to Pluto. It brings a nice close to the last lunation cycle, as the Moon is now a crescent visible in the morning sky. The vibe of this Taurus Moon is really to just relax and rest, tap into your body, give yourself (or get) a massage, take a bubble bath, clean your room, do things that beautify & pacify your space and the environment you rest in.
Friday, June 24th
[6:14 PM ET] The Moon conjoins Uranus at 17º29’ Taurus
The Moon won’t really be doing much today, still roaming through Taurus— it feels like a group of cows just out on the pasture resting. The Moon won’t be contacting any visible planets today, so I would definitely consider the Moon to be void on Friday. The Moon does conjoin Uranus though, which may bring some disruption or irritation to the end of the day, but it may be pretty minor since the Moon is losing light. Be kind and be easy on yourself for today and tomorrow.
Saturday, June 25th
[9:01 AM ET] The Moon in Taurus square Saturn at 24º54’ Aquarius
{7:13 PM ET} INGRESS: The Moon enters Gemini
After the Moon has done nothing (as she should) moving through Taurus, the Moon makes a square to Venus where the rest must now stop, unfortunately. Saturn shows there is work, rules, responsibilities, and duties to take care of today. The Moon being overcome by Saturn can indicate injuries and challenges in the body, I remember when the Moon was in Scorpio and it squared Saturn last week was when I sprained my leg while I was in New York, and I could barely walk (was practically limping everywhere). The Moon is under a lot of pressure from Saturn all throughout the day until she enters Gemini where she finally joins the party thats currently going on there! The Moon will go from feeling lethargic, exhausted, and stress to needing to release all of the pressure through conversation and talking it out. There’s a lot of emphasis on orating and speaking with Gemini, as opposed to Virgo which gets emphasis on writing, data, numbers and concrete recording of information (since it is an Earth Sign) whereas Gemini is an Air sign and deals with the breath. Overnight the Moon will have a social Saturday night, where it will be applying to a conjunction with Venus. Venus is the heavenly, illustrious, laughter loving queen, and when the Moon links up with her, they giggle, they eat snacks, they delight in movies, games, tv shows, they go out to drink, they party, they blast music, they have conversations, they socialize— like Saturday night is a SOCIAL night. Enjoy it! Venus brings pleasure and enjoyment and its honestly a really beautiful way to end the week, especially because there isn’t any influence of malefics in the sign of Gemini, or aspecting Gemini from as harsh aspect (square of opposition). Cheers to favorable astrology!
Sunday, June 26th
[3:02 AM ET] The Moon conjoins Venus at 03º53’ Gemini
[9:26 AM ET] The Moon in Gemini sextile Jupiter at 07º04’ Aries
The Moon conjoins Venus early on Sunday Morning, although that influence will be felt yesterday night, but after the Moon conjoins Venus, it will become enclosed between the two benefic planets, a condition where the Moon is being bonified, aka supported, moderated, and brought to a state of balance. This occurs when the Moon is separating from one benefic planet and the next planet it applies to is another benefic planet, in this case from Venus to Jupiter. The Moon has a LOT of ideas it wants to talk about and there are friends, lovers, and people to listen. Jupiter is in the 11th house from the Moon (since Aries is the 11th sign from Gemini), so Sunday looks like getting brunch with friends and talking about everything that happened last night! The weekend looks like a REALLY good time to either do some speaking event, writing, journaling, communicating, having conversations. Really invest yourself in the house Gemini rules in your chart because theres so much activity here, and there will continue to be for the rest of the month as Mercury and Venus will remain here after the Moon leaves.
