Astro Weather Forecast - Issue #7 Week of Oct 31st, 2021

Welcome to the 7th edition of the AstroWeather Forecast. After making some transitions out of the Mercury Shadow, cool down from a lunation, the Sun and Mars officially ingressed into Scorpio, we start to move into the beginning of November which starts to set up a lot of the Winter 2022 Astro Weather. Namely, Venus, who enters Capricorn on Friday, Nov 5th, and will be here until March 6th, 2022. That’s 4 months with Venus in Capricorn folks! I’ve already listed some of my thoughts on Venus in Capricorn in this thread here. Additionally, Mercury will be joining the Scorpio Party this week, along with our first lunation of the month being a New Moon in Scorpio.
If you feel inclined to tip me, you can tip me at $AstroByMax on Cashapp or @AstroByMax on Venmo. I’m not getting paid to write these weekly horoscopes and they do require labor, so anything is appreciated! Happy Monday Everyone!
Monday Nov 1st
(12:18 AM ET) Mercury in Libra trine Jupiter at 22º39’ Aquarius
(3:04 AM ET) Moon in Virgo opposite Neptune at 20º39’ Pisces
(9:42 AM ET) Moon in Virgo trine Pluto at 24º28’ Capricorn
(1:00 PM ET) Moon in Virgo square Venus at 26º23’ Sagittarius
VOID MOON: 1:00 PM ET to 7:10 PM ET
(7:10 PM ET) INGRESS: Moon enters Libra
Monday is a really nice day to get things done. Maybe you’ve been wanting to collaborate and connect with someone. Maybe you’ve been seeking support for people to believe in your vision, the Virgo Moon helps bring this into effect by squaring Venus in Sagittarius, but Mercury also makes its final trine to Jupiter in Aquarius. If you’ve been trying to untangle yourself out of a knot that’s been going on with the previous Mercury/Jupiter trines on Sept 20th, Oct 3rd, you may find some resolution or opportunity for support during this final trine between Mercury and Jupiter. This is also a great time to learn something or teach others, Mercury is the student, and Jupiter is the teacher, but the teacher can always learn something from the student. Mercury configured to the benefics can talk about some sort of good news or pleasant information that is given/received. Mercury is probably the person giving the good news since it’s in the overcoming position to Jupiter. This aspect for good news is also reinforced by the fact that the Moon, another messenger, is applying to a square to Venus in Sagittarius. When benefics square other planets, it’s usually seen as friction and motivation to do something good or positive, so these squares tend to not be as challenging as malefic squares (all things considered).
Tuesday Nov 2nd
(5:39 AM ET) Mercury in Libra square Pluto at 24º29’ Capricorn
(7:31 AM ET) Moon in Libra trine Saturn at 7º17’ Aquarius
VOID MOON (Hellenistic): 26 Hours 24 minutes
Tuesday is… interesting because the only two aspects we have in the morning are Mercury who is making its final square to Pluto, while the Moon applies to a trine to Saturn in Aquarius. The previous two Mercury/Pluto squares were on Sept 22nd and October 1st. The topic of conversations become heavier and deeper. Bringing up hidden truths and revealing hidden information. However it moves towards resolution, as the Moon makes a trine to Saturn, giving us an opportunity to be level headed and feel secure in the knowledge we have. The Moon will be void by the Hellenistic definition for 26 hours, since it will apply only to Saturn at 7º and then Jupiter at 22º. The Moon will be running through the Void during this time, which is not completely auspicious for starting new ventures. Give yourself time to rest, and calm your mind. Mercury square Pluto can make us obsessive over a specific topic or idea, but know when to give your brain a rest. Sometimes thoughts are just that: thoughts.
Wednesday Nov 3rd
(9:07 AM ET) Moon in Libra trine Jupiter at 22º46’ Aquarius
(11:57 AM ET) Moon in Libra square Pluto at 24º30’ Capricorn
(3:26 PM ET) Moon conjoins Mercury at 26º39’ Libra
(6:32 PM ET) Moon in Libra sextiles Venus at 28º33’ Sagittarius
VOID MOON: 6:32 PM ET to 8:52 PM ET
(8:52 PM ET) INGRESS: Moon enters Scorpio
Transitioning into Wednesday, the Moon is BUSY! Applying to a nice trine to Jupiter in Aquarius, activating the Mercury/Jupiter trine going on. Wednesday looks like a day of news. The two messangers conjoin, as well as the Moon being enclosed by benefics for most of the day. This may actually be one of the more easy going days. Words can be beautiful. Words make us feel things deeper inside of us. This is another good day to collaborate with someone, share information, insight, and to tell someone how you feel. This is our last Mercury Day with Mercury in Libra, and these conjunctions, trines, and sextiles make this a chatty day! If you need to have a conversation with someone and share perspectives, today is a beautiful day to do that. Any themes that were highlighted around collaboration, working together with someone, and bringing a vision to life come to an interesting climax today. The vision becomes a lot clearer now that Mercury and Jupiter are now direct, just recently aspected each other through a trine, and the Moon passing over this allows us to have a better understanding of who is there to help and support us in our vision. After the Moon leaves Libra, it enters Scorpio getting ready to begin the cycle of the first lunation of the month.
Thursday Nov 4th
(1:55 AM ET) Moon conjoins Mars at 3º07’ Scorpio
(8:45 AM ET) Moon in Scorpio squares Saturn at 7º22’ Aquarius
(5:14 PM ET) LUNATION: New Moon at 12º40’ Scorpio
(5:25 PM ET) Moon in Scorpio opposes Uranus at 12º24’ Taurus
(7:57 PM ET) Sun in Scorpio opposes Uranus at 12º24’ Taurus
Thursday is a big day for the month because it is the New Moon opposite Uranus. Expect the unexpected. This lunation is particularly important because it brings unexpected changes in the Scorpio House of your chart. Before this goes exact though, the Moon conjoins Mars in Scorpio. There is an acute awareness of what you’re hungry for today, and what obstacles are in the way of getting there. Powering through is the goal, whether its through the emotional turbulence or the shadows of the unknown. Today may feel more melancholic than usual. I’ve noticed that the Moon in Scorpio transits, when applying to Saturn, have felt very somber and melancholic. However, because this application of Mars squaring Saturn is building throughout this week, powering through the obstacles is the goal. This New Moon has disruptive qualities, so it’s probably best to be open to changing course, taking a detour, or going somewhere else. Breaking out of your comfort zone can be liberating to expand your perception of the world around you. This lunation is important, because as the Moon starts waxing, in two weeks it will eventually culminate to a Lunar Eclipse in Taurus. This New Moon is the start of Eclipse Season, and what climaxes as a result of what is initiated in the Full Moon will be a foreshadow of the Eclipse cycle that will be bouncing back and forth between Taurus and Scorpio through 2022-2023.
Friday Nov 5th
(5:53 AM ET) Moon in Scorpio trine Neptune at 20º35’ Pisces
(6:43 AM ET) INGRESS: Venus enters Capricorn
(9:32 AM ET) Moon in Scorpio squares Jupiter at 22º53’ Aquarius
(12:10 PM ET) Moon in Scorpio sextiles Pluto at 24º32’ Capricorn
VOID MOON: 12:10 PM ET to 8:52 PM ET
(6:34 PM ET) INGRESS: Mercury enters Scorpio
(8:52 PM ET) INGRESS: Moon enters Sagittarius
Friday is another big day for the week, because Mercury and Venus both have ingresses on this day. Mercury finally leaves Libra, after being in the sign for the past 2 months, since August 30th, while Venus finally leaves the sign of Sagittarius, and is entering Capricorn, where she will stay for the next 4 months. Venus typically spends 28-30 days in a sign at a time, but in Capricorn, because she will go Retrograde, Venus is having an extended stay. The topics of the house Capricorn rules in your chart will have an exclamation point telling you to “Pay attention!” to these topics in themes in your life. Potentially receiving news about those topics right as Mercury goes in Scorpio to apply to a sextile to Venus on Saturday. The Moon squaring Jupiter today lightens the mood that may have felt more somber when the Moon was applying to Saturn on Thursday. Mercury will not spend to long in Scorpio, trying to uncover hidden information, motives, desires, and is working to articulate and decipher the object of one’s desire. Venus is doing some project management in Capricorn, and Mercury is here to find out what exactly needs to get done. Mercury is here to find out what everyone needs, how it’s going to get done and figure out the best mode of execution. This is definitely one of the highlights of the week.
Saturday Nov 6th
(8:46 AM ET) Moon in Sagittarius sextiles Saturn at 7º27’ Aquarius
(11:58 AM ET) Mercury in Scorpio sextiles Venus at 1º09’ Capricorn
On Saturday, we have our second sextile between Mercury and Venus. They previously sextiled each other on Oct 16th, while Mercury was Retrograde. However, Mercury and Venus have now ingressed into Scorpio and Capricorn, starting off this ingress with another opportunity for news around agreement and connection. With Mercury/Venus, this can be great for delivering pleasant news, pleasurable news, and diplomacy through words. If you’re looking for a day to compromise, to make an agreement, and enter collaboration and partnership, today is a great day for that. The Moon also applying to a sextile to Saturn reinforces this theme of commitment, binding yourself to something, and partnership.
Conclusions
Honestly, when I was going through the week to examine the AstroWeather, I was honestly surprised with how decent the AstroWeather looks, all thing aside, the amount of trines and sextiles and resolutions we have between some of the planets this week make this a good week to get momentum going, confirming, collaborating, sharing, and setting intentions. Although we do have some challenging aspects during the New Moon, you can use this to get to the root of what it is you’re hungry for, and identifying what change or adjustment is necessary in your life to bring that to fruition. Take care everyone and have a good week ahead!
